GrowStoke Fan Updates is a text-messaging program that lets musicians, creators and businesses ("Creators") send updates to fans who have opted in — including news about shows and tour dates, new music and releases, merchandise, exclusive drops, and related announcements from the specific Creator whose list you joined.
You opt in by entering your phone number and ticking the text-message consent box (it is never pre-checked) on a Creator's GrowStoke signup page, profile page, landing page, or drop (RSVP) page. Texts are sent only if you tick that box. Providing a phone number is always optional — you can join any list with email only. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from that Creator via GrowStoke at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies by Creator; typically 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in (reply START to re-subscribe).
